פסטיבל Geekpicnic - חול המועד פסח
פסטיבל Geek PicNic יוצא לדרך במהלך חול המועד פסח, בין התאריכים 27-25 באפריל, בגן סאקר שבירושלים. הפסטיבל שיתקיים לראשונה בישראל יציע בילוי מעורר דמיון והשראה לכל המשפחה, עם לונה פארק של מדע שכולו רובוטיקה, חלל, מדע, מדע בדיוני, פנטזיה, עתידנות, הדפסות תלת ממד, גאדג'טים וחידושים מהחזית הטכנולוגית, לצד שלל אוהלים, אטרקציות, דוכנים וסדנאות.

כחלק מתחומי הטכנולוגיה שיוצגו בפסטיבל - תחום אחד הולך לתפוס במיוחד את תשומת ליבם של המון המבקרים שיגיעו והוא כמובן תחום הרחפנים ההולך וצובר תאוצה בזירה הטכנולוגית. תחרות רחפנים יוצאת דופן שתתקיים באחד המתחמים הגדולים באירוע עם 5 דונם של מכשולים אוויריים, מסלולי תחרות שתכלול מתחם כלוב באורך 80 מטר,ברוחב 60 מטר ובגובה 6 מטר.
מירוצי רחפנים יתקיימו כך שבכל פיקניק יתקיים 3 סבבי מירוץ בין מתמודדים מקצועיים שיירשמו לתחרות מראש. הקהל מוזמן לראות טיסה תחרותית אמיתית. המתחם יארח את אלופי הטסת הרחפנים בישראל ויספק תוכן רציף לאורך כל האירוע. רחפני פעלולים יציגו מופע אקרובטי בשמים.

בנוסף פעלולני LOOPIM: בכל פיקניק יהיה מקצה סחרחורת בו אלופי הרחפנים יאותגרו במסלול מכשולים יצירתי במיוחד.
מבט מעיניו של רחפן: במתחם ישולב מסך ענק המציג לקהל הפסטיבל את נקודת המבט של הרחפנים בזמן אמת.
אין ספק שתחום הרחפנים תופס במה מרכזית כמעט בכל אירוע טכנולוגי.
