Professional spraying drones like the DJI Agras series carry tanks of tens of liters, spray by a variable-rate application map and cover about 60 dunams per hour in good conditions. With RTK the spraying is precise and uniform, and the system holds a constant altitude and application rate even over uneven terrain.
Licensing and pest control: what makes spraying legal
Spraying drones are heavy platforms that require a CAA license in the higher weight tier with a practical exam and flight coordination. Applying pesticides is subject to Ministry of Agriculture rules: only approved products, at an approved dose, and sometimes with a licensed pest-control operator.
