Fertilizer and Seed Spreading by Drone
Heavy agricultural drones spread granular fertilizer, seed and bait uniformly and fast, even on steep, wet or dense plots that ground machinery struggles with. The same drone that sprays can also spread, at a low operating cost.
โBack to Precision AgricultureHow it works
When aerial spreading beats ground machinery
On steep, wet or densely planted ground, a tractor spreads unevenly, compacts the soil and sometimes cannot reach at all. A drone spreads from above with uniform coverage, without treading and without needing access roads, and finishes a large area quickly.
What can be spread
Granular fertilizer for field crops and orchards, seed for sowing and reseeding cover crops, and bait for pest control. The drone controls the spread rate by map, so each zone gets the right amount for it.
Uniformity and dosage control
The drone's spreading system is GPS-controlled and follows an application map, so spreading is uniform across the whole area and precise per zone. That saves material, prevents over-spreading and improves crop uniformity.
