אינטל שיחררה את טכנולוגיית ה-RealSense ליוניק טייפון H

לרחפן החדש של Yuneec כבר יש אמנם מערכת מניעת התנגשויות מעצמים גדולים אך עתה, בעזרת הטכנולוגיה של Intel שנקראת RealSense ("תחושה אמיתית") תהיה לרחפן את האפשרות להמנע ממכשולים ואף לטוס ללא בעיות בסביבה עם מכשולים רבים ובצורה יציבה.
מערכת הRealSense והמודול של אינטל (מערכת מבוססת מעבד Atom בדיוק כמו במחשבים) שמותקנים על רחפן הH , יוצרת מפה תלת מימדית של שטח ההטסה ומשתמשת בה ע"מ להמנע מעצמים ו\או לחשב מסלול טיסה אופטימלי במצב שהרחפן במצב עצמאי ועוקב אחרי המשתמש.
כמו כן, חיישני המערכת המופנים כלפי הקרקע, ידאגו, ביחד עם שאר החיישנים, שהרחפן ישאר יציב גם באיזורים ללא GPS כמו מבנים או איזורים שבהם יש בעיה בקליטת לוויני הניווט.
נכון להיום, הרחפן ניתן לרכישה ללא המערכת והחל מהשבוע הקרוב יהיה ניתן לרכוש את הרחפן בחבילת פרמיום שכוללת תיק, 2 בטריות, שלט ואת הרחפן עם המערכת מותקנת עליו.
מי שרכש כבר את הרחפן אינו צריך לדאוג, מערכת הRealSense תמכר בנפרד ואפשר להתקינה בקלות על כל רחפני הTyphoon H, למעשה, החבילה החדשה מכילה את אותו הרחפן בדיוק רק עם התוספות הנ"ל וברחפן עצמו אין שום שינוי.

מערכת הRealSense נחשפה והודגמה בתערוכת הטכנולוגיה CES 2016 שהתקיימה בינואר השנה.
